Location
Easy Access

Our Secret Sauce
Timed segments. Real race speed. Everyone hangs on longer.
Each Beginner and Intermediate race uses our paced-then-race format. Beginners: ~30 minutes of paced segments, then ~15 minutes all-out (~45 minutes total). Intermediate: ~20 minutes of paced segments, then 20-25 minutes all-out.
Step 1
Paced segments
~30 minutes of timed blocks at incrementing speeds (Beginners). Intermediate uses ~20 minutes of paced segments.
Step 2
Hold the pace
Stay with the group as long as you can hang on before the race segment begins.
Step 3
All-out finish
~15 minutes all-out for Beginners; 20-25 minutes all-out for Intermediate.
Categories
Three categories. One unique format.

Beginners
30 km/h → 32 km/h → 34 km/h
Timed segments at incrementing speeds, then ~15 minutes all-out to the finish.

Intermediate
34 km/h → 36 km/h → 38 km/h
Timed segments at incrementing speeds, then 20-25 minutes all-out to the finish.

Experienced
All-out from the start
All-out from the start. Racers need prior race experience or must graduate from a lower category.
Why race with us
Experience racing at speed without getting dropped on lap one.
- 01
Beginners and Intermediate riders build speed through timed segments instead of jumping straight into full race pace.
- 02
Beginners finish with ~15 minutes all-out; Intermediate racers get 20-25 minutes all-out after shorter paced segments, with real criterium intensity and a sprint to the line.
- 03
Experienced racers go all-out from the start and can graduate up from lower categories as they develop.
