Tentative 2027 schedule
Two six-race series with a break between them. Regular races are Thursday evenings. The Season Finale returns on a Sunday. Category C (Beginner) keeps the paced-then-race format: about 30 minutes of paced segments, then about 15 minutes all-out (about 45 minutes total). Lap countdown starts with 5 laps to go for all categories. Categories B and A race all-out from the start.
Series 1 finishes Thursday, June 24. After a three-week break, Series 2 starts Thursday, July 15.

Fine print. These dates are tentative and subject to change so we can avoid racing the same week as Provincials. Provincials affected our turnout in 2026, so we will not host a YDCS race the week of Provincials if the provincial calendar conflicts with this draft. We will update this page if a date moves.
Series points
With dedicated timing in 2027, we will award series points to the top 15 finishers in each category at each race.
- Series 1 and Series 2 will each have their own series winners.
- The Series Champion in each category is the combined points total from Series 1 and Series 2.
- The Sunday Season Finale is a double-points race again. That one result counts toward Series 2 and the overall Series Champion.
