Agreement
- •By registering for or participating in York Durham Crit Series, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- •If you do not agree, please do not register or take part in series events.
Eligibility & registration
- •Participants must meet category eligibility requirements and hold valid Ontario Cycling membership where required.
- •Registration information must be accurate and complete.
- •Organizers may refuse or cancel registration for incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries.
Assumption of risk
- •Cycling involves inherent risks, including collision, falls, and road hazards.
- •By participating, you accept these risks and agree that organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by applicable law.
Conduct
- •Riders must follow race officials, marshals, course rules, and applicable traffic laws.
- •Unsafe, abusive, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in removal from an event or the series.
Fees & refunds
- •Registration fees are stated at the time of signup.
- •Refund and transfer policies, if any, will be communicated by the organizers and may vary by event date.
Changes
- •Schedules, courses, categories, and policies may change due to weather, safety, permitting, or operational needs.
- •Organizers will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
